Independent Creator Management

You show up.
We run
everything else.

A boutique agency for OnlyFans and adult-platform creators. We book the photographer, the location, the wardrobe and the makeup artist, then handle chat, marketing, tax, takedowns and security. All of it inside the limits you set.

Request a conversation No obligation. Nothing to sign at this stage.
The deal, in full
  • 0150/50 after platform fees
  • 02Nothing upfront. No fees, no retainer
  • 03You hold every login and see the same numbers we do
  • 04You set the limits, and can tighten them any time

Three steps, and you can walk away at any of them. Nothing is signed until you've read every term in writing.

I

The conversation

We talk about where you want this to go: platforms, comfort level, and whether you'd ever want to branch out. This step is about your limits, not ours. Nothing is assumed.

II

The proposal

A short, plain-language plan built for you specifically: persona concept, platform fit, first content and rollout schedule, what we handle day to day, and the financial terms. You review it before anything is final.

III

The signing

Accounts and payouts get set up, production begins, and referral terms are in writing from day one.

£2,500
£500£100,000

251
active subscribers, plus the pay-per-view and tips that come with them. Typically reachable in 7 to 12 months from a standing start.
  • Gross on the platform£6,250
  • Of which subscriptions£2,500
  • Of which pay-per-view & tips£3,750
  • OnlyFans fee (20%)−£1,250
  • Our half£2,500
  • Your half, after everything£2,500

These are planning estimates, not projections or any promise of income. They assume roughly 40% of revenue from subscriptions and 60% from pay-per-view and tips, which is typical of a managed account but varies widely by niche and audience. Working solo you would keep a larger share of the same gross: our argument is that the gross itself is higher with a team behind it, and that you get your week back. The target amount is capped at 100,000 in whichever currency you choose. The subscription price is converted at a live exchange rate, so the number of subscribers needed will differ slightly by currency. Ask us to show our reasoning on the call.

For most people the question isn't the money. It's whether anyone from home ever finds out. This is the part of the job we take most seriously.

01

Geoblocking

Your content is blocked around your specific city or town, and where the platform supports it, more broadly by country too. The people most likely to recognise you are the people least able to reach your page.

02

Two identities, kept apart

Your persona gets its own email, number and payment descriptor. Nothing public links back to your legal name, and we re-check that separation on a schedule rather than once at setup.

03

Scrubbing the data brokers

People-search sites list your address, phone and relatives, and they repopulate after removal. We file across the major ones and keep re-filing, because doing it once is worthless.

04

Watermarking and fingerprinting

Every file is marked before it goes out, so when something leaks we can tell which subscriber it came from and act on it rather than guess.

05

Takedowns, chased

We file DMCA notices on leaked content and follow them until it's actually gone, not until the notice is sent. Included, never an add-on.

06

Account and device hygiene

Two-factor on everything, a password manager you control, a device audit at onboarding, and a VPN configured properly rather than just installed.

What we won't tell you is that any of this makes you untraceable. Nobody can promise that, and an agency that does is lying to you. What we can say is that these measures make discovery meaningfully harder, and that you'll have a plan for the day something does surface, which is more than most creators have.

Find out where
your content
already is.

Send us a handle and we'll check where your content has been reposted without your permission, then send you a written report. Free, whether or not you ever speak to us again.

  • Reverse image and video matching against known pirate aggregators
  • Leak forums, dump sites and public Telegram channels
  • A written list of every URL we find, with takedown difficulty rated
  • Back to you within three working days

We can't claim to find everything, and we won't pretend the report is exhaustive. We'll tell you plainly what we checked and what we couldn't.

Thank you. We'll send your report within three working days.

We use what you send here only to produce your report. We don't add you to a mailing list, we don't pass it to anyone else, and we delete it on request.

01

Shared access

You and your manager both see your accounts and analytics, always. Nothing runs where you can't see it.

02

Plain-language terms

Split, referral terms, and day-to-day duties are spelled out before you sign, with no fine print surprises later.

03

Your limits, your plan

You tell us your persona, your platforms, and where your boundaries sit, and we build the whole strategy around that, not the other way around.

Every term below is in the agreement you'd sign. We publish them here because an agency unwilling to show you its terms before a call is telling you something.

The split
50/50, after platform fees. The platform's cut comes off first, then the remainder is divided evenly. Production, marketing, chat coverage and admin are paid out of our half and never billed to you.
Length of contract
Rolling monthly, or a different term as agreed between us. You are never locked in for a fixed period unless you choose to be.
Leaving
30 days' written notice, either side, followed by a full settlement of anything owed to you. No exit fee, no penalty, no clause that makes leaving expensive.
Your accounts
Every account is registered in your name and you hold the credentials throughout. We work alongside you, never instead of you. Nothing runs anywhere you can't see it.
Your content library
The library is yours. If you leave, you take everything, in full resolution, with no ongoing usage restriction and no claim from us on what you do with it next.
Content made before you signed
We take no cut of it. Our share applies only to revenue earned from the date you sign onward.
Exclusivity
You're free to take direct brand deals and work on platforms we don't manage. We don't take a cut of anything we didn't help produce or negotiate.
Costs to you
None. No signing fee, no retainer, no equipment charge, no deduction for shoots, travel or editing. If you don't earn, we don't earn.
Referrals
You earn a share of our half on any creator you introduce: 50% of our profit from them in their first month, stepping down the longer they stay on the roster after that. The exact schedule is written into your agreement before you sign it.
Your limits
Whatever boundaries you set are yours, and we write them into your agreement exactly as you set them. Want to tighten them? Just tell us in writing and it takes effect immediately, with no renegotiation and no penalty.

This is a plain-English summary, not the agreement itself. The full document goes to you in step two, before anything is signed, and we'd encourage you to have someone independent read it. Any agency that discourages you from doing that is not one to sign with.

Take this list to us and to everyone else you're considering. The answers tell you more than any pitch will, and how readily someone answers tells you more still.

Who holds the login to my account?

If an agency controls access, it controls your income and your ability to walk away. This is the single most important question on the list.

Our answerYou do, throughout. We have working access alongside you, never instead of you, and you can revoke ours at any moment.
Is the split before or after platform fees?

"50/50" means two very different things depending on the answer. Before fees, the platform takes its cut out of your half too. After fees, your full 50% is calculated on what's already landed. Get it in writing.

Our answerAfter. The platform's 20% comes off first, then we split what remains 50/50.
What's the notice period, and what happens to my accounts if I leave?

This is where lock-in hides. Long minimum terms, exit fees, and clauses letting the agency keep or claim the accounts are all common and all worth walking away from.

Our answer30 days, either side. No fee. The accounts are in your name and stay yours.
Who owns my content library, and what happens to it on exit?

Some agreements assign the agency ownership or an ongoing licence to content you paid for with your own body and time. You want full handover, full resolution, no strings.

Our answerYours entirely. You take all of it on exit with no restriction and no continuing claim from us.
Do you take a cut of content I made before I signed?

Some do, quietly, by applying the split to total account revenue rather than to revenue from the signing date. It can cost you a great deal.

Our answerNo. Our share starts the day you sign.
Are production costs deducted from my share?

A 50/50 split that also charges you for photographers, travel, wardrobe and editing is not a 50/50 split. Ask exactly what comes out of your side.

Our answerNothing. Production comes out of our half.
Who actually chats as me, and where are they?

Chatters speak in your voice to people who believe they're speaking to you. You should know who they are, how they're trained, what they're allowed to promise, and when they escalate to you.

Our answerA small named team you'll meet. You approve the tone, set what's off-limits, and anything sensitive comes to you.
How often am I paid, by what method, and who sees the account?

Payouts routed through an agency's account rather than your own are a serious risk. Money should reach you directly wherever the platform allows it.

Our answerPlatform payouts go to a bank account in your name. We invoice our share; it never passes through us first.
Will I be speaking to the same person after I sign?

A polished sales conversation followed by a handover to someone unresponsive is the most common complaint creators have about agencies.

Our answerYes. The person on your first call manages your account. That's a consequence of keeping the roster small.
What happens if I want to do less than I agreed to?

Pressure to escalate is this industry's worst pattern. You want an explicit answer, ideally a written one, about pulling back without penalty or renegotiation.

Our answerYou tell us and the plan changes. Limits can be tightened at any time, in writing, effective immediately. We don't ask twice.
Do I need to already have an OnlyFans account?
No. If you're starting from zero, account setup, banking, and payouts are part of onboarding once you sign. If you already have an account and following, we can usually work with what exists.
Who decides what kind of content I make?
You do. The first conversation exists specifically to establish your comfort level and where you'd want to expand later, if anywhere. Your proposal is built around that answer.
How does the 50/50 split actually work?
Revenue from your accounts is split evenly after platform fees. There are no separate charges for production, marketing, or admin: they're covered by the split.
Can I use a persona instead of my real identity?
Yes. Most creators we work with do. Persona development is one of the first things we build together, and it's yours to approve before it's used anywhere.
What does the agency control versus me?
You keep account access and final say on content boundaries and persona. We handle production, scheduling, marketing, chat coverage, and the business side, all visible to you.
51
Your persona.
Precisely built.
